HBO Drops a Frustrating Harry Potter Update Months Before Season 1

Warner Bros. is making sure everyone knows there's a new Harry Potter version coming out. Months ahead of its release on Christmas, HBO just dropped a short documentary on the series' production.

The 30-minute documentary is meant to hype up the upcoming series, but it also came with a disappointing revelation. Finding Harry: The Craft Behind the Magic officially confirmed that the upcoming Harry Potter series will be only eight episodes long. While this is certainly longer than a two-hour-and-a-half movie, it's still below what some fans have been expecting.
